Ordering Wholesale from Unicorn Darts USA

These guidelines are for WHOLESALE customers only.

Print out the Wholesale form, fill it out completely making sure to leave no blanks. Failure to sign and date it will hold up the shipping of your catalogs and/or your order. You can fax or mail in your completed form along with your state tax ID and/or business license to our business office at the address listed below. Please be sure to include your email address and a contact phone number.

If you would like us to send you a catalog package, it is a $10.00 fee. If you place an order within 30 days of the ship date for the catalogs, you will get a $15.00 CREDIT on your first order. You can email wholesale@unicorndartsusa.com to set up payment. Please keep in mind the catalogs do not contain all of the items we carry online, nor do we stock every item in the catalogs. Items ordered that we do not stock will be backordered and shipped at a later date. We make our best efforts for a 1 day turn around on all wholesale orders.
